Our commitment

Hazel's Rentals is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or screen magnification.

The standard we work to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by accessibility regulators in the United States and Canada.

What we do

• We test the site with automated accessibility tools and fix what they find.
• We build pages with descriptive headings, labelled forms, text alternatives for images, and sufficient color contrast.
• We review new content against these guidelines before it is published.

Where we are honest about limits

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a finished state. Some older content or features supplied by third parties may not yet meet every guideline. When we find gaps, we fix them.
