What does management cost?

Our fee depends on the property, the level of service, and how often you use the home yourself. We will give you a clear, simple quote after we see the property. There are no surprise charges.

Which areas do you cover?

We focus on Playa Flamingo and the surrounding Gold Coast communities, including Potrero, Brasilito, and the Marina Flamingo area. If you are nearby, get in touch and we will let you know.

Can I still use my property?

Of course. It is your home. Just let us know your dates and we will block the calendar so it is ready for you.

Do you handle the booking sites for me?

Yes. We set up and manage your listings and keep the calendars in sync so you are never double-booked.

How will I know what is happening with my property?

You get one point of contact who knows your home, regular statements, and a quick reply whenever you reach out.
